Campaign Concept:

“Please Yourself” is a campaign centered around one story where women kind find their independence through self love. Women can please themselves. The fashion film for this campaign explores the story of our model taking herself on a date to the movies and finding fun and confidence within herself. Cinema is a place where people find themselves and resonate with the stories that are through movies.

Process: For the Pleasing mock campaign, my group and I conceptualized and ideated the campaign called “Please Yourself”.

After ideating, we created mood boards, furthered our concept, and went through critiques in class before planning the project.

As project manager, I found our model, photographer and videographer. I also scouted locations with my teammates to find the correct cinema with the right seating, lighting, colors, and aesthetic.

In post-production, I edited the raw images from the shoot to align with our 80s visual inspiration, applying color grading, texture, and tonal adjustments to create a cohesive vintage aesthetic that supported the final video narrative.
